Celebrating singleness!

so whos single

You know what day Friday is.

A day heralded by chubby babies with wings bearing candy in the shape of hearts and showering red roses by the dozens.

But we don’t have to talk about V-day (dare I say the whole word?!) in hushed (bitter) tones. Friday doesn’t have to be depressing.

What if we celebrated our singleness instead of wallowing in it?

So I’d like to hear what you ENJOY about being single. Share and leave a reason or two why it’s great to be single by leaving a comment below. And check back Friday to see what I’ve come up with from your comments! πŸ™‚

This is a great post =) I love being single because I have time to focus on my dreams of being a writer. Also I get to spend with my three nieces on V day, who truly have my heart =)

I like being single because I can do whatever I want whenever I want. Boom!

I love being single, because I’ve become truly appreciative of God’s constancy. Like… I think that if I were to be in a relationship during this season in my life, I would miss out on just how great He is and all the little things he does for me everyday.

This is wonderful! Thank you! Isn’t it great when you’ve come to a place of contentment and seeing God in all his wonder right where He has you? πŸ™‚

Yes! Why in THE WORLD would we want to miss out on that?? πŸ™‚

Bathrobes all day, never shaving, no makeup and no awkward dates. Need I say more?
